Laura Estefanía is the Founder and CEO of Conquista PR, a global strategic communications consultancy advising leading Web3 companies on media, public affairs, and crisis communications. With a BA in Journalism (University of Vienna) and MSc in Political Economy (King’s College London), she leads emerging tech companies in navigating the intersection of finance, internet culture, and policy. Laura has spoken at NFT Paris, Taipei Blockchain Week, Crypto Expo Dubai, Zebu Live, Merge Madrid, and South Summit, and is a recurring radio guest in Spain, offering expert commentary on digital assets, regulation, and the evolving global economy.

Web3 Operations Manager
Eli has 5 years of consulting experience with Big 4 and boutique firms, supporting clients in industries such as semiconductor, automotive, defense, retail, and real estate. She specializes in operations, project management, and functional testing, helping organizations streamline processes and deliver results.
A former SheFi alum, Eli is passionate about delivering innovative solutions and onboarding more users to Web3. She is excited to help Conquista grow, support protocols in tackling complex challenges, and create meaningful connections with users.

Head of BD + Events
Carol is Head of Events and Business Development briding culture, community, and emerging tech. With a background in TV/filmmaking and a Master’s in Event Management, she brings a sharp eye for storytelling and strategy. Carol specializes in crafting high-impact events—from curated side gatherings to large-scale conventions—that leave lasting impressions and meaningful connections.
YEONJOO KIM
SMM Intern
YeonJoo is the SMM Intern at Conquista PR, supporting the firm’s social content strategy with a focus on research, macro-level trends, and narrative development across digital assets, AI, and emerging tech.
She holds a B.A. in International Business (Marketing) from Rollins College and an M.S. in Management from Georgetown University. Her work focuses on research into SE markets and supporting go-to-market strategies across social and digital channels. She supports trend monitoring and content planning, and assists with multi-platform content distribution.
ANDREW WHITWORTH
Policy Strategy Advisor
Andrew is the Founder and Director of Global Policy LTD, an independent consultancy for crypto, fintech and tech policy. He is an Adjunct Professor at IE University, Madrid, in its School of Science and Technology, and a Visiting Fellow at the European University Institute in Florence where he researches on the politics of the digital transformation in finance.
Andrew’s professional experience is in the public and private sectors in the UK, EU and US, for organisations such as Ripple, the Bank of England, Curve, and in public affairs consulting. He was formerly chair of Blockchain for Europe, the EU's main Blockchain association, and sat on the board of the UK Crypto Business Council and the Digital Pound Foundation. He co-founded ICDEF, an independent research platform for crypto and digital finance.
He has a PhD in International Political Economy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), based in Washington, DC and Bologna, Italy; and a BA/MA from the University of Oxford. His latest publications are Regulating banks: the politics of instability, and a Policy Guide to MiCA.
